I've created several dozen maps, ranging in style from clean and simple to ornate and illustrative.

The Harbor Station map was created for the inside back flap of a brochure folder. The flap had two fold-outs, creating an unusually large space for the image. It was huge, and the final product was gorgeous with a matte varnish and heavy stock which really showed off the subtle color and texture in the map.

The second example on the page demonstrates a different style. I particularly like the color palate and the subtle shading techniques.

The third map shows restrained color, and detailed icons to call attention to local attractions and amenities.

Maps are probably my favorite category of real estate marketing illustration.
